Regular Appointments for New Clients
You are welcome to call and schedule an appointment during our regular business hours, no referral is necessary. We will ask for you and your pet’s basic information and a brief description of your pet’s medical condition. Generally, we are able to schedule your appointment within four weeks. If you prefer, have your veterinarian complete and submit the Veterinarian Referral Form. Click here to download the form.
Emergency Appointments for New Clients
Your regular veterinarian can consult with Dr. Gaynor at any time about your pets condition (see consultation section). If you feel your pet is in crisis or must be seen sooner than we are able to schedule, please get in touch with your Primary Care Veterinarian. They should be able to facilitate an emergency appointment with us.
Non Local Clients
For Clients who do not live in the Colorado Springs area, please visit our Fly In Advanced Therapy F.I.A.T. section.
What to Bring
Please submit the New Client Form prior to arrival or you may download the form, print it and bring it with you. Please make sure that your pet’s medical records and recent lab reports are available at the time of your appointment. These may be faxed or emailed (email link) by your referring Veterinarian prior to your appointment, or you may bring them with you. If your Veterinarian has taken any X-Rays, please bring these with you along with all your pet’s current medications.
Appointment
The Doctor will obtain a thorough history, perform a complete pain assessment and discuss diagnostic and treatment options. You will have the opportunity to ask questions.
